"Protect Wildlife of Viet Nam" is a project I created through my studies in Vietnamese at the Southeast Asian Summer Studies Institute (SEASSI) through University of Wisconsin-Madison. I created a series of infographics introducing three species of endangered animals in Vietnamese. Here I feature three animals that are not commonly known yet are currently critically endangered, including the Saola, Javanese pangolin, and Cat Ba langur. I wanted to create compelling graphics that are evocative and accessible to a Vietnamese audience. The graphics are in the format of images suitable for posting on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. My hope is that this project can increase social awareness of animal conservation projects in Vietnam and encourage the Vietnamese American community to learn more and support those projects.
